A social security card is also required if not listed on the driver's license. No blood tests are needed, and you don't have to be a Sevier County resident to wed here. Licenses are valid for 30 days and cost $38.50 for non-residents and $98.50 for Tennessee residents. The fee is reduced by $60 if you complete a four-hour premarital preparation course.
